A. Service Provider

Openslot acts as an intermediary to facilitate bookings and transactions between users and Partners. Openslot itself does not provide these services; they are rendered directly by Partners.

B. Payment Collection

Payments made via Openslot are collected by us on behalf of the Partner. Upon payment confirmation, your contractual obligation to the Partner is fulfilled.

C. Partner Services

Openslot is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Partners. If you have concerns about a Partner service, please contact support@Openslot.com.

D. Direct Contracts

By booking a service or purchasing a product, you enter into a direct contract with the Partner, subject to their individual terms and policies.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Compliance: You must use our Services in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Booking and Cancellations

  • Booking: Users must provide required details such as name, contact information, and preferred appointment time.
  • Cancellations: Subject to Partner policies. Please check a Partner's cancellation policy before booking.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Service Fees: Openslot may charge service fees, disclosed before finalizing a booking.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Openslot does not store full payment details.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for illegal purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or spam.
  • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on Openslot are our property or that of our licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
